  1. That is SO COOL. I bet you get a pretty penny for doing that. Very nice!
  2. "But sometimes you can just as easily feel like the other user hitting the reply button may be high on something." A totally unnecessarily hateful thing to say. Shame on YOU.
  3. Yup. No children at the TreeHouse, for sure.
  4. All you have to do is realize who the critic is. Yo Mario, I give YOU a C+, too. Do you feel any different? I don't.
  5. You only get one chance to make a first impression.
  6. They're saying that it's still errupting just as much as on the first day. Lordy.
  7. Erm, not really. On the days I work it's only three miles and no dumbell work at all. Plus, if I really worked hard that day, I skip it completely. But yes - use it or lose it.
  8. No, not really. Not a BIT.
  9. I always make sure I'm dressed, by all means.
  10. That's pretty cool.
  11. Well... Just eat well
  12. I wouldn't bet the bank on that. I've known many beer gutted climbers, myself included.
  13. What do you do Butch run, weights, what? When ever I have tried both work and training I get injured. Last time it happened I decided no more. I do five miles a day on my days off and three when I work. On my long day, the first mile is dumbell work while walking. I have 4 routines that I cycle - biceps - triceps - shoulders - traps. That's about all one can do while on a treadmill. I do 10 sets of 20 reps for each muscle group. Today is triceps day. I never miss a 5 mile workout, but I will skip the 3 miler if I'm too tired from working. I use 30, 40, and 50 lb dumbells. I do around 5 sets of 100 reps ab work daily. RCO, you need to clear your mailbox.
  14. Does it mess with your vehicles paint job? I would think so, eh? It can destroy an aircraft's engine?
  15. It's nice seeing them so clean looking. Great museum!!!
  16. Too bad there wasn't a video, lol!
  17. Ha, interesting!
  18. No sunscreen here, I wear one of these and always long sleeves. My avatar's an old pic.
  19. I train every day so I can be an old ass climber.
  20. Those need to be flushed off and painted.
  21. Wow, that's unbelievable. I had to euthanize two baby doves just last week. Poor doves.
  22. Come again? I wasn't addressing you, mate. You really should put a dash between the S and the H in your sig. ;>} Does shoddy mean the same thing in the UK as it means in America?
