90 minutes is too long. You're overtraining and not building muscle - just building up your endurance. That's great if you're a marathon runner. My breakfast's the same every morning. One cup of egg whites mixed with one cup of Eggbeaters, a half cup of diced chicken breasts, and two slices of dry whole wheat toast. No milk, just water. I'll lay out 4 slices of 2% cheese on a plate then dump the eggs over it. About 700 calories, tons of protein and very little fat. -
I wonder what I was doing when that vehicle passed by my house. I'd have liked to have seen it.

Click for a bunch of exercise videos. The hammer exercise helped me a lot.

One thing that helped me was to one hand my saw AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE. Even when I could easily reach out and one hand cut something, I would FORCE MYSELF to use two hands. Plus, they say it's safer that way.

Tennis elbow is a serious injury that should not be taken lightly lest it become a permanent disability. You need to let it heal or it never will. This brace really helped me to heal. I posted this failed thread a while back. There's a lotta info about TE on youtube/ the internet.

Two thumbs down on that particular radio unit. WAY overpriced! It doesn't sound all that good.
