  10. All the older vermeer PTO units were rebadged Farmi's, mainly rebadged by Vermeer Holland who had a deal with Farmi. Thats why you can still buy a Farmi through Btrac, the vermeer agents.

    And Matt's girlfriend...
  14. Ahh. Thats what puts me off Mogs (That and the silly prices). I like the full width of a decent sized truck, although I also have a narrow Merc Vario 7.5 tonne chip truck. Dont forget that most truck bodies are built with overhang. If ou build it to the same width as the wheels, you'd be surprised how compact you can get your body. The body on my 7.5 tonner is only 80 inches wide.

Matt, you could have just got steve in, like last time
  16. I would also rear mount, but I'd put it on an 18 tonne truck. I'm in the process of remounting the crane on my 6 wheeler behind the cab, but thats so I can transport an excavator.
  17. Nick, I have one of those for sale much cheaper than new... Yes you could put it behind a 1650 cab, but you would not have much of a chip box. Move the chip box back and you start to overload your back axle. Much better on a truck.
