    Massive difference but i recon the bushes might need more regular replacement, they`re very soft!
  15. Had the 660 back to the dealer again:scared: This time they agreed it was time to fit a new oil pump. They have also agreed to wave the bill i got for the above visit! Think that was around £45:bongsmi: At one point it looked like i wasnt getting anywhere with my dealer but finally looks like they have taken notice! Suppose the only thing to do is try it and see how it oils now! Oh, and mysteriously the tensioner seems fine now:fisheye:

    blowers

    Got the BG86 on friday, came out at £200- i didnt get more chance to haggle before they booked it out! Had a try with it yesterday but it doesnt seem to have as much weft as the old one. Time will tell though, perhaps it will open up when its had a few tanks of fuel through.
  17. Looks like you all had a great laugh-and learned a bit too! Wish i had been able to come but couldnt due to previous commitment. I WILL be there next time. Nice pics dean, any more?
  18. As the others have said conkers as long as possible. In fact get them as long as you can without being uncomfy when you bend your leg! I have kleins but got extra long special from america. I could have managed with standard but they would have cut off circulation as they would have been strapped round the calf- not good!
  19. If I remember correctly someone ran a thread about a wee starter machine on here, said to be a great thing, and you could fit it in the boot of a Mini. Worth looking.
  20. Spot on:icon14: If you dont have the work on, but you have the ambition, then you must have time to push your business! There are lots of cheap ways to advertise locally as mentioned, and yes, i started by posting flyers locally, and still have many of those original customers as regulars.
  21. Here is one of yesterdays tiny jobs, willow reduct for a regular customer who just got very paranoid about the size of it! Oh well;
  22. We did look at that one, and believe me it was even worse than it looked! Just glad the neighbour didnt come and ask about a takedown:drunk:
  23. Hey Matt, take it the fire is of arisings on site yes?:wave:
  24. Suppose everyone takes the rough with the smooth- we also seem to get plenty of these; Dont you just love em? My main man does a good tidy up;
  25. Think the old girl was around 220 years old, Cant seem to find any more of the lowering though;
