  1. If the individual stems were greater than 75 mm diameter measured at 1.5 metres above ground level then they would be covered by conservation area rules.
  2. Thanks Steve!
  3. Nod or honey brothers. They are only around £15 if I remember rightly.
  4. The 3 litre td pulls like a train, the biggest problem is traction, which is solved by filling the chip box up.....
  5. Overhand knot, heat shrink over the whole knot. Or fig 8, or barrel, depending what mood I'm in.
  6. Tubular fids have limited uses, hollow braid yes, and I use the tiny one to hold the crossover together on DB while I'm burying the end of the core, just spiked through.
  7. Yes, you want to extract the core in one go, without pulling strands and disturbing the weave. Easier said than done, but gets easier with practice.
  8. Pic 9 looks like an x cab, pic 8 looks like a perverts wet dream.
  9. You wouldn't consider the Nissan King Cab then?
  10. I'm going to order some sweets and see if I get a free harness.
  11. You forgot a bit: "Please send photo of chainsaw"
  12. Sand blasted would be good, I love the finish of shot blasted steel.
  13. White cab black box looks very smart imo. Unpainted looks smart too, but could present the wrong image!
  14. Hi Vee is a breeze, making split tails is even easier! Some of the Edelrid 16 strands can be challenging though.
  15. I find DB easier than 16 strand tbh, the difference with DB is that you can't really see what your doing until your ready to make the final bury, when it all suddenly becomes clear.
  16. I don't think I would use them in a woodland due to cost, but they are perfect for gardens.
  17. Looking good. Stitching the cross over and keeping the tension on all the time while making the final bury should help to keep everything tight.
  18. Set static line, footlock or srt to anchor point, then set your climbing line and go to work. You know it makes sense!
  19. Bit like putting fins on a brick........
  20. Excellent, well done!
  21. Very true Rich, to make fried rice you need cooked but cold rice. They normally cook it the day before its served.
  22. Left hand drive. Good skills, and 10 out of 10 for balls, but that is a lot easier than reversing a double linkage trailer all the way out down that track. Never really liked double linkage, always preferred close coupled drawbar trailers, but that certainly shows how manoueverable they are.
  23. Wtf?! Total bull by product. Ask him where he got that bit of lunacy from.
  24. I enjoy cooking, and since I am nearly always first home from work, it seems a bit rude not too. Plus it pays off in other areas.
  25. Yup, but you can eat it cold or recook it, it's when you rewarm the rice you get poisoned.
