    Bracing

No, leave the steel well alone. The tree will have adapted over time to account for the bracing, removing it could cause catastrophic failure.
  3. Jenny will sell you 5 litres for a tenner.

  5. Brake fluid gets most things off. Including the paint.
  6. I have the zermatts, most durable work boots I have ever had. Very rigid sole, great with spikes. Btw all the boots mentioned in the op are chainsaw protective, what boots are you talking about Taff?
  7. It's a VT tied with a loop instead of an eye to eye cord.
  8. As long as the carb is properly adjusted after porting.

    Srt

Don't see why not, I have used mine on a lanyard in srt mode. Bit jerky mind.
  10. An mt is tied with a loop, the vt is still a vt whether tied with spliced eyes or knots.

    Axes?

Painting it bright blue will help with that.
  12. Harness bridge?
  13. At college in a foreign country. (Scotland)
  14. If its for Woody perhaps zing it would have been a better choice?
  15. On the plus side the 190 isn't that heavy. On the minus side it's a square infeed and a narrow chute, which make getting bulky brash through harder. The downside of being lighter is that the components are not as well built.
  16. Greenmech 19-28.
  17. Bit late then really isn't it? Its an ok machine, wouldn't be my first choice but it does the job.
  18. As old as its ever going to get.
  19. Now I'v got home and had a look at it on big screen, that looks really tidy.
  20. Not sure you'll get a pair of GHDs for that, but it's worth a go!
  21. Pile of shite Tommy, wouldn't use that to walk my dog. Perhaps you should stick to hairdressing?
  22. Should someone tell them its not even Cedar?
  23. Its a different story if the working end of the line runs through several redirect points on the edge of the canopy though, there will be no friction on the loop at all retrieving an access line where both legs of the line hang parallel.
  24. I'm with Scott on this one, no-one is actually going to follow that spec to the letter.
  25. You don't need all those different length bars and chains. Keep the 260 on the 15 or 16, whatever suits you best, and if or when you need a saw for ringing up get a 441 or 460 with a 20 or 25 inch bar.
