Clare Nowland - who has dementia - was critically injured after she was Tasered at an Australian care home.

 

So this particular bit of heavy handed behaviour by the Aussie police is getting some comeuppance at least. Kind of anyway, not sure why he's still getting paid.

Relentless march towards digital payments doesn’t benefit the average consumer

Hopefully people wake up at some point to what this cashless society might actually be like rather than just being lazy and going for the easy option. Me personally if they won’t take cash I won’t shop with them. Not a huge loss but if millions adopted the same attitude then I’ve no doubt the policies would rapidly disappear.

Agreed, if there one way of sticking it to the man, it’s to ensure cash is still used.

Not just in tiny quantities either.

 

When you go to the supermarket, go to the cash machine and take out you money, do your shopping and PAY IN CASH.
