I will be up front and honest with you Khriss ( and you may find this hard to believe what with me being a cunrey booy an all )  but I have never eaten badger so can't comment on the wine .    Soz 😊

I have no knowledge of Badger, but I can certainly vouch for squirrel; very tasty. Bit of a faff to skin and butcher though.
