The daughter said "he told her when the puppies start fighting stop them with that brush". FFS, made me wonder if he was trying to get the woman attacked.

 

The concept that an incomer/unknown entity to that household or pack was advised to use a brush to chastise puppies in front of the parents is madness. I suspect an awful lot of dogs would take exception to that.
