What about the serving army officer the got pulled at a petrol station and got pepper sprayed despite trying to comply with two different set of instructions shouted at him ?

The Officer has already been fired. No doubt the Army Officer will get a nice fat pay cheque (and rightly so)

The picture below shows the stark disparity in requirements to become a Police Officer, this is something that needs looked at asap in the US.

But then so does the rampant gun crime in the US especially Black on Black. It seems BLM only if they are killed by a Cop and there is a chance for some good looting after.

Hadn't heard of this but having watched the footage I can't see how the soldier was trying to comply.

He was told repeatedly to get out the car and chose to stay in it, with the doors locked, trying to discuss why he should get out and what his job is.

Wonder what the outcome would've been had he just got out when asked and answered their questions.

BLM, publicity, body cams he knew would be recording etc etc. Surely a soldier has to comply with police when they are in a civvy situation? Or whats the 'rules' around that?

I'm fairly sure everyone is expected to comply with a direct instruction from a Police officer. Can't understand why so many don't, especially if you believe that you haven't broken the law
