A man is due to appear in a Lanark court after being charged in connection with communication...

Regardless of the crap the guy may have tweeted or posted is it a good direction to be heading ??.

Not on Facebook or Twitter etc, so not sure at all in regards what was said but is it not good enough nowadays if someone posts crap or offensive material to take it down or ignore it. Let’s face it the stuff you can access on the internet is without limit. Hate crime/Thought crime etc etc seems to me a bad road to go down 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Its not great with the SA variant. Pretty worrying how fast it's mutating without much evolutionary pressure to do so. Recon we will be having to have updated boosters quite often to stay ahead of this little bugger

An early analysis in Britain found that the vaccine had an efficacy rate of nearly 90 percent. But in a small South Africa...

Many generations of vaccinations against a virus that changes more swiftly than ‘science’ can keep pace is one option...

Changing human behaviour is perhaps another?

We probably had this same dilemma getting on top of the flu.

Good luck with that. We have demonstrated that we we are stupid effers from the top down in the UK. Many are happy to let lots die so they can live their lives as they want. Cant see that attitude changing any time soon

What types of human behaviour do you mean? Plundering and generally fcking with nature and mass galavanting around the globe types? Very hood call on changing those for the future, but a bit late in this instance, the cat's well and truly out of the bag with this virus.

Former US president Donald Trump has been found not guilty in his impeachment trial.

Totally divisive and an utter waste of time.

I strongly disagree.

Holding an amoral narcissist accountable for deplorable actions that lead to the storming of Congress and the death of a police officer (not to mention the serious injuries to dozens more) is not a waste of time. A significant number of Republicans put country before their own political survival and voted to impeach. Even McConnell held Trump to be accountable and only acquitted him based on the technicality that he's not currently in office.

The state of mind of the more extreme elements of the GOP is frightening. They are a long, long way from the relatively moderate politics of the likes McCain, Bush, Romney etc. Marjorie Taylor Green is genuinely certifiable.

Oh J, there you go trashing your own widely publicised liberal (little L) values....

The man was tried (somewhat irregularly though it was) and acquitted.

He is NOT GUILTY of the ‘crimes’ you still seek to burden him with.

Where is your humanity 😂
