Life's strange,

By the time you're old enough to have the know how -

You can't, not no how!

I'm 57 and my left leg is still OK apart from the tissue damage to the calf.

Anyway - time for my cocoa them I'm off to bed,

Nighty night.

Haha, at last, a place to moan. Where everybody else is in the same boat, but nobody really cares about the others in the boat.

My knee is giving me hell. Keeps falling in and out of joint with big clicks and clunks. Don't really want a new knee yet, I am only 58.

We are bought up with sayings such as make hay while the sun shines etc, but as you get older you realise that the saying that makes the most sense is youth is wasted on the young. Is it just me or are most youngsters now totally useless when it comes to manual labour.

Tinnitus (caused by motorbike helmet noise plus other engine noise), one hand occasional carpel tunnel problems, skin on finger tips cracked and worn. But back is good (look after it). Otherwise I have never felt better, working outside and exercise must be good for me.
