well done not every boss is a prat,but you need to start as you mean to go on make sure every thing is to your advantage,talk to your boss he should be your friend aswell,i spent 19 years working for an a..hole,totally unaproachable ihated going yo work always stressed,but now things are good i talk freely with my employer now,and we respect each other , i look forward to going to work every day and thats how it should be.
