Ben Lomond and Loch Lomond about 20 minutes away. Wallace Monument and Stirling Castle about the same in the other direction. Can only see the Ben from the house though.

Back in Fife I could see the Forth Rail bridge from my door, was 2 minutes from the forth road bridge, and 3 minutes from the new replacement crossing
