Fairly heavy reduction on a big yew today. Looks respectable though considering how much we took off. Just about every obstacle imaginable to avoid. Long day. Sorry for sideways pics

Large pop from last week, firstly reduced them the customer them texted me saying could i take them right down plus the field maples in front of them. 7 loads of chip on landy and 8 loads of timber with tractor and trailer at about 7 ton a load.

Yeah, was fiddly over the workshop, but all done, no damage, was at a dementia care home, couldn't wait to get out of there, constant screaming and pleas for help. Horrible!

 

 

That sounds like most of my sites after I've done a reduction.

How do you find that farmi crane? 4.6mtr reach? Been looking at a trailer with one on.

Couple of saws, blowers, chipper and truck. Somewhere to tip somewhere for logs and that's it. Err no then it's a pole saw then hedge trimmer then long handle trimmer then silkys( various lengths) then pole pruners then hedge trimmer head to fit on your pole saw then I forgot insurance which you can put on the beginning of the list. Plastic shovels , God brush, rakes, wheel barrow for carting the logs, signs , one ton bags for all the crap you can't put through the chipper(and some where to dump said crap legally) lots of chain oil, spare bars and chains, computer and printer for quotes and invoices and plenty of a Anadin .
