Whats the weather like near you?

This week took it out of me. I came down with heat exhaustion yesterday, felt like gravity was three times heavier, temperature and diarrhea. Never felt fatigue that bad. I am feeling much better now though and hopefully back to it tomorrow. Take it easy out there guys.

I find a good cure for excess heat is a walk early in the day, drink plenty of liquids, and a car journey with the wife driving late evening.

 

 

 

 

 

so,, that's a walk to the pub, drink all day, and phone the missus at 11.45 for a lift home.

Torrential rain , thunder and lightening . Left the sunshine roof open in my truck ( DHO ) . Luckily the rain set the alarm off so it only half filled with water ! 🙂
