I bloody hate heights. My brother on the other hand thinks nothing of it. We climbed up to Preikestolen and he walked right up to the edge and leaned over and took some pics. Its 3000 foot right down to the fjord. He then sat down and took some pics and wanted a few of him. He then said it was my turn. I had to shuffle on my arse from about 3 meters away and it took all my strength to swing my legs over this leaning ledge. 

 

Kjeragbolten was another arse clencher for me.  I got out onto the rock and near died inside. I asked the missus to look at the pictures and had her finger over the lenses the whole time.

I have always had a healthy fear of heights, which got a little keener just after my first child was born. I’m quite happy tied in with rope and harness, but put me on a ladder at gutter height, and I’m shaking like a shitting whippet.

There is absolutely no way I could stand up there, years ago I’d do it without thinking, now I’d shite myself.

is he truly fearless or just  have very poor eyesight ??
