Lockdown - has it totally failed?

I think on the original question has lock down failed , I’m still not sure, it will be interesting to see what real truths emerge, I think the death figures have been massively manipulated, knowing 3 people who have apparently died of it and there family and closest friends say it was total lies to have that on there death cert.
Probably the worse thing about lock down though is that it has opened up new divisions in the poorest communities, it has targeted the weakest and most vulnerable , suicide has gone through the roof , I think from start to finish this has been badly handled and can’t believe there where no protocols for such an event happening in place that would of avoided it from happening in the first place or getting to the point it did.
Maybe it leaves questions such as do we need to monitor who and what comes in and out of our borders with such track and trace and if you travel abroad should quarantine be enforced with self isolation on return ....lots of questions but I don’t think we could sustain another round with out wide civil unrest and possibly a collapse of society.

Lot of soul searching needed and the economic system will have to be shaken up. Tracking people is not only pointless its a Civil Liberty breach (  not like is already happening massively) i might pass by several hundred people in my day, in Town. Contact with a hundred possible surfacez. Unless i isolate to zero contact, its the same risk crossing the road.  K
