I flatted a double once on an MX bike. Cracked the gearbox on landing and used this to pack it.

 

Filled her up with oil and it was out again the next race an hour later. I never fixed it properly and it ran for another year with JB weld in the hole.

 

Amazing it worked at all, not even a hint of oil loss once

These plastic socket organisers are worth a mention, available in AF and metric. 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" drive. Grab the right socket at a glance even if your peepers are on their way out.

The simplist ideas are always the best, great for any of us over 40 when the eyes start failing:thumbup:
