I wonder how you guys deal with tiredness?

Is there any amazing food out there or any other tricks?

With age I have noticed I slowly starting to get less powerful.

Thanks

Work less. When I go on holiday I always find it amazing how much I sleep, then after a week I feel so much fresher :)

Vitamin pills and work less , I used to do 7 day weeks ,not take holidays just the money I was entitled to through paye time off, completely burnt my self out by my early 30's and really regret it. I love work but if you don't draw a line your body will.

Sometimes tiredness is more mental than physical, or to put it another way "boredom and fatigue go hand in hand" I find when Im really into a project the time flies and I don't get tired, whereas other days just arriving at site and looking at the boring lawn to strim or whatever makes my whole body feel five stone heavier. I should really download some gansta rap or something to play on those days...
