Kram, if you have quoted 3 men on the hedge an you think it's doable just stick to your guns. As for the disagreement about the arisings of the tree takedown. You need to make sure you write in your quote exactly what you are planning to do with them as I have had this before. Customer then quibbles and if it was verbal then you are on very rocky ground as they can just say 'that was not my understanding'. So clearly and concisely written quote can save trouble further down the line. Obviously only relevent in those few cases where you have those customers who just don't do as they are told and just get their wallet out. If he wants you to get in and sort that brash out then some boards on the ground is your answer.

Well what a knob !! I misread/misunderstood the title, and thought this was about some obscure traditional method of making propellers (props!) out of timber. I kept thinking that's going to take some special grain choice, along the lines of spiral turkey oak or something similar. Only today realised it's about propping boats upright ..doh!

The whole situation is a bit of a headache as when i started it last night it kicked over fairly easily and ran for about a minute, I revved her and it then bogged down, cut out. When raising this issue with seller he swears blind saw was running fine when it left him, supported by a video of it running / revving- though that could have been 6 months ago of course. Now that I've put only Aspen in it from the get go, all I can do is drain and revert to E10 and see if it improves. But having to drop start with revs once its warm(which I hadn't mentioned) isn't indicating so much a fuel issue to my mind, more compresssion No more used saws I think, even 100 per cent seller feedback doesn't guarantee anything

Youβre going to get better at being clear with clients. Stacking is different to piling and putting. Cutting to 50cm means just that, if itβs too big to move, too bad, they should have thought of that.

Morning all, I share your frustration Stubby. There is a primary school just up the lane from me. I see some really bad parking and driving at school collection time. Getting into my drive with trailers on is a real challenge at 3:pm Conifer and laurel hedge side reduction today. Have fun

Amazing Pete. Routine lime repollard today. Misty, murky weather.

Amazing Pete! morning. No idea why we canβt leave chip on site and tbh Iβve stopped asking questions on council jobs, do what it says and get paid. Lane closures starting today and got our mates bandit out so that will save the boys wrestling bendy boingyy stuff through the TW . Weathers been amazing. 9 degrees and I could hardly see for the sun yesterday mid afternoon. Have a good day.

Morning all . Pook lane closed from mini roundabout to hump back bridge over the river . Pipe work aparently . So people who would com up it will have to go the long way round over the hill . But no ! an assortment of knob jockys , wank puffins and cock wombles are all attempting to come up Sheepwash lane through the NO ENTRY sign against the legitimate traffic wanting to come downit thereby causing tail backs , carnage and arguments . Happy Teusday .

My 2015 261 is M-tronic, Surely a "reset" would do the re-tune. Or maybee's a new fuel solenoid? I changed mine for a white one a few years back when if was a b-tard to start.

Good Morning Well Done Tom. Nice one Doug....should that last pic also make the "overloaded" thread? Picking up the Shamborgini later. Relief to have my own vehicle back. Even if it is a piece of shiz. Have a tremendous Tuesday.

Looked up the towing specs of a new one here, 3door, braked 1300kg, unbraked 350kg π but a mate had a new one, loved it, another had the older one, scary to drive if nearing motorway speeds

Morning all. Back on the site clearance job today, looking forward to it. Mostly felling large Poplar, some were pretty manky. Inclusions, splits and hangers so the brain was engaged all day but the crane taking the strain. Mustn't grumble. Another thing, no base layer yesterday and just a t-shirt by 9am, was lovely. Have a good one folks.

In th late 70s early 80s we used to cut a good amount of blocks for supporting boats on that where out the water for maintanence for Fleetwood docks, so these would of been for some big Icelandic sized trawlers back then, if memory serves me well most of these would be 24" down to 12" square and from 4ft to 2ft long, we all so used to cut some big wedges as well and all cut out of Elm but back then elm was every where and for little money, today it be a bit difernt cost wise,

As above its the switch from pump fuel that shows this up. In other respects i find autotine 261s very easy to start and forgiving. Also being a 2015 saw it could have other issues, not idling well could mean it has an air leak. Its worth checking the rubbers and a pressure and vacuum test.
