I bought one. To be fair, Redwood went above and beyond to resolve the issues ignored by the French suppliers. But it was a happy day when I saw it disappear down the drive after selling it.

On my 485 the gap is 1/2 mm at the vertical anvil end (inside of the flywheel) I think they’re made to have a slightly larger gap the other end of the anvil for some reason.

It doesn’t identify from photos though (unless I’m missing something) So it’s inferior to Picture Mushroom for example.

Well firstly the OP is female. Because hanging around (or as you suggest sitting on a car bonnet) in full gear waiting to be approached is a bit weird. If someone did that on my job I’d assume they were mental frankly.

Looking at social media it seems that firms are crying out for any staff from hotshot climbers to the lowest of the drag slags. When you say “asking around” what does that involve? Go on Arbtalk Facebook and ask on there (giving your location) I’d be amazed if no one takes you up on your offer.

I could only afford the silage grab and bucket after buying the machine itself. I was able to afford other grabs, splitter, flail, etc. over the years.
