  1. Dry but windy as fook here. Little job with 5 or so different little tasks today. Hopefully my new (to me) grinder gets delivered today.
  2. Ahh, that might explain it.
  3. Lot of Dodge Rams here for some reason. I was looking very hard and longingly at them. Landscaping mate (and my brother in law) had them, very nice drive.
  4. Wordle 1,600 6/6 ⬜⬜⬜⬜🟩 ⬜🟨⬜⬜🟩 🟨🟨⬜⬜🟩 ⬜🟨⬜🟨🟩 ⬜🟨🟩🟨🟩 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩 poor effort.
  5. I usually go up and get it before descending. Experience has taught me it’s worth the tiny bit of extra effort, to save a lot more effort.
  6. This is the big turntable machine isn’t it? Couple of peeps on here have them. I may be wrong but I heard TW stopped supporting the machine. So you may have to get engineery with spare parts. Got any pictures?
  7. Wordle 1,599 5/6 ⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜ ⬜⬜⬜🟨🟩 🟨⬜⬜⬜🟩 ⬜🟩🟩⬜🟩 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩
  8. Yes thé programme was faulty, but it was the decisions of P.Vennels et al that really did them over. Not AI, human mendaciousness.
  9. Wordle 1,598 4/6 ⬜⬜🟩⬜⬜ ⬜⬜🟩⬜🟩 ⬜⬜🟩⬜🟩 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩 Stuck on three this morning, so walked away. Picked it up just now, 20 seconds later, Bingo!
  10. Dunno, there’s plenty of smaller outfits with clunking great rubbish knocking about over there. Forst are selling in Canada I think. So they’ll be cutting diplomatic ties with the UK soon enough!
  11. I’d heard a few whispers, but that’s a bit out of the blue. The two biggest UK manufacturers now owned by an American megacorp. Bit of a shame, but there you go. I have always said American small chippers are absolute crap compared to Euro built ones. Be interesting to see if they push the smaller ones alongside the big Mobarks in the US.
  12. Let’s have a look at it then.
  13. Up early with rain beating down on the roof, dog walked, fire lit, Match of the Day on catch up, Sunday awaits.
  14. Wordle 1,597 3/6 ⬜🟨🟨⬜⬜ 🟩🟩🟨⬜⬜ 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩
  15. Little gains Joe.. Still hoping that power laces make it to the market
  16. Is replacing a crank seal a guaranteed fix? I’m addressing the saw pro guys btw. Does a compromised crank seal not point to other issues? Can it running lean (if that’s what happens) not create issues with rings and overheating? Genuine question.
  17. Did you take the whole tree out, or just topping it?
  18. Mornin’ all. Dampish here, going shopping then a couple of jobs to look at, been a good week, and a good month as it goes. Slow start to the year, picked up as the year went on, now rattling along well.
  19. Wordle 1,596 5/6 ⬜🟩⬜⬜⬜ ⬜🟩⬜⬜🟨 🟨🟩⬜🟩⬜ ⬜🟩🟩🟩⬜ 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩
  20. Why not have the competition on here? Then we can all enjoy them.
  21. The demise of pubs since I left the UK 20 years ago is tragic. Are the two things linked? we cannot rule it out.
  22. What’s the long term goal of this?
  23. Close enough!
  24. Andrew Mountbatten Windsor (as he will now be known) is getting his final punishment from the family. Difficult to feel sorry for him, that Emily Matliss interview really showed what he was all about.
  25. It has its drawbacks, but the ‘modern stuff is rubbish’ crowd are just wanky old moaners. Drive a 25 year old pick up truck, and compare it to the modern ones. Gutless crap in comparison.
