  1. That’s third world stuff. Disgraceful.
  2. Wife makes pickled beetroot in cider vinegar. Astonishingly fantastic in a summer salad.
  3. Alright, I’m in. The key is economy of effort. Don’t leave an area of the tree you’re working on till you’re sure you’ve completed it and don’t have to go back, be methodical. It doesn’t much matter how quick you get up there or out there, it’s your decisions once you’re in place that dictate how quickly the job is going to be executed.
  4. I think that people conflate the NHS with medical treatment generally. It’s like they think without the NHS there are no doctors or nurses or medicines. 8 hours sitting in casualty is unacceptable, yet we (you) accept it. It is not good enough and needs shaking up and sorting out.
  5. The Klou is great, especially for standing stuff. I didn’t really need this if I’m honest, but it’s an Avant one so will fetch money when I sell the machine on. I want to try it out for a while anyway.
  6. Ok, mine had the plastic tank as well. Maybe some models had a slightly bigger tank or something. I know it was a conundrum, you had to turn it a certain way and twist and pull or something, but once you had the knack it was doable.
  7. I used to do it on my 2003, a bit of wiggling and twisting but it comes out of the frame the filler cap end. Never moved the tank or took hopper off.
  8. Plenty of energy suppliers went to the wall end of last year. I just found Kevin’s post unusually naive.
  9. Then what? When do they put their prices back up, Just before they go bankrupt ?
  10. I just started putting white in instead of red, no issues. What problems do you envisage? Ps, on a 150 you can remove the tank easily enough for cleaning.
  11. So it is home (the rotator) and seems all there. Just got to get a switch fitted to change the circuit from rotate to open. Get an expert to do that. Happy enough. IMG_2039.MOV
  12. Politicians or women?
  13. She’d also be a strong contender in the ‘What female MP would you want to shout abuse at you for being a capitalist exploitative scumbag whilst riding you reverse cowgirl as you watched her red hair bouncing up and down on her powerful freckly shoulders’? It’s a bit of a niche category I’ll admit but I can assure you, it exists.
  14. What’s sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander is the correct saying. Angela Rayner is crumpet btw She is so angry the whole time, I find it arousing…
  15. Morning Stubs! Up early aren’t you? Anyway I’m off to Belgium to buy this. A rotating grab for the loader. 7.5 hours in the new truck, a chance to stretch its legs.
  16. To complete the circle, here it is..
  17. True, but there are 2 questions. Is there an aerial arb age cut off? The shine question. I was answering the first.
  18. If you’re working for yourself you can carry on into your 60s
  19. What did you use to cut the regrowth ?
  20. I was walking him at lunchtime today, so a loose dog bounds up (lab/springer size) the owner shouts out ‘don’t worry my dogs not aggresive’ I say (Igor is always on a lead) ‘mine isn’t’ Fight!!!!!! (no harm done thankfully)
  21. New truck=success. Igor approves.
  22. I have been admiring this since I moved to France ( it is in my local village) got chatting to the owners the other day. About 5 years ago they cut off the pollard heads and drew it back in, then developed new heads, gets done every year, lovely stuff.
  23. Having to make my own atm. Grim stuff
  24. I get it, Gordon Gecko. Lunch is for losers or something.
  25. Mark, I’m the laziest bloke I know.
