Yes, there’s many different platforms (if that’s the word) where you can get your fix of treework chat these days. My nephew (who is 27 I think) is on Instagram mostly, I asked him if he’s ever on here, he says he finds it difficult to navigate.

You guys heard of power cuts in the 70s? Ultimate state control of power. Anything like water, power, phone or whatever is a service you pay for and can be withdrawn at any time. Why are they pushing smart meters (to answer Trigger Andy’s question) it’s so they can reduce their biggest overhead..staff, not so they can feed their lizard babies more human flesh. Same as why supermarkets push self service and banks push internet banking and transfers rather than paying in chèques, and why I bought a loader rather than pay guys to cut up and handball wood into the truck. They want more profit, less overheads, like all of us. Now if you lot have some cotton mills to smash up, don’t let me stop you.

To say I hate La Poste is an understatement. I sent off my birth certificate, the marriage certificate of my parents and other original documents via recorded delivery to Ireland to get my Irish passport. Not hearing anything (a slip confirming delivery) in a week I went into the post office to enquire. She looked at the ‘puter and said ‘don’t worry the parcel is safely in Tunisia’ They lost it and the documents forever. Took me months to organise replacements and get the passport. A pox on them!

Very few, certainly next to none in domestic arb. No TPOs, if they’re your trees you do what you like.

He did some grinding for me a couple of weeks back, he’s fine. As Doug said, he’s giving the old social media a bit of a rest.

Muck grab I reckon, rake backwards with the tines into a pile, then pick it up (mostly!) I had to shorten the bottom tines for better ergonomics.
