  1. There is a Biiiiig price difference with greenmech CS100's Being a lot cheaper in the UK than here in France, even though there are dealers here. So its not always cheaper in Euroland, always pays to shop around.
  2. Less is more with the text and list benefits to the customer rather than services
  3. T-shirt studio The value for money is top drawer
  4. snazzy!
  5. More like this months job, 130 odd leylandii this size around 3 sides of the clients garden. Anything straight and between 3-6 inch in diameter the customer wanted to keep for wood turning, firewood, fencing etc. Anything smaller got chipped with my new CS100, and anything bigger went into Ro-Ro bins. Just 6 remain for me tomorrow, I shall be glad to see the back of them to to be honest the whole job is a testament to things we have to do when starting out! P.s Nearly all were felled with my little Dolmar 420!
  6. My Cs100 will throw clear over the top of a Ro-Ro bin if allowed:thumbup:
  7. I think its basically because so many companies want council contracts they can afford to be picky
  8. The rectifier is something inside the alternator? I'm not a mechanic but trying my best to get my head around it.
  9. Haha am I to assume you find this implausible?
  10. Hi, I've got a 04 kangoo, 1.5DCI About a month a go the stop and battery light flickered on and off again, didnt think much of it. Now recently it stays on longer and longer, although never when im on the motorway or when idling.... It seems to be linked to the accelerator I.e when I accelerate it flickers on and when I take my foot off the pedal it leaves. It starts and runs fine and today I made several short journeys and a long hour + commute, with no problems but the light. I'm thinking dodgy connection at the alternator? What do you think?
  11. umm the newer one

  17. Here you are, fully paid up member, Spent the day knocking up some temporary front wheels and a ramp. I had already added the winch to the trailer, getting the chipper on and off is a breeze now
  18. Well I didnt want to disturb you, I thought perhaps you would have started on the white lightning and tenants super brew, considering it was new years.... haha
  19. Well at least i'm not the only one. No naming or joining of clubs yet, Much ramp fabricating and front wheel adding to be done first
  20. and the winner is....... Emergency stop, when its pushed down it seems like you can still push down to stop. anyway now I look like a fool, but i have a running chipper!
  21. Yea the only switch I can see is the big red mushroom stop. in the manual it shows a small rocker switch next to the pull start, this model seems to have forgone that. R.e the switch under the belt guard, ive adjusted the nuts for the switch pusher to make it stick out more, so it shouldn't be that. Oil looks good...... Ive stuck the battery on charge to see whether it lost something in transit...
  22. OK, I'm sure there is something I'm missing here, I concede defeat. I took delivery of my new cs100 just before xmas and had a quick go at starting it, no luck. Ive just had another go after getting back after my xmas holiday. The fuel switch is on, the choke is on and I have the electric start model. Fuel is getting to carb but nothing, the engine just turns over with no progress. Its like there is a stop switch somewhere that I am missing, In the manual it shows a little red rocker on/off switch, Mine is the latest model and this switch seems to have completely disappeared. Any ideas?
