  1. Trying to figure out how many tonnes of Sitka per acre, roughly? Had three very different answers so far
  2. Couldn't you leave them chunky, and put them through the processor?
  3. Surely a processor that only cuts 350mm is restricting you? Why not get a bigger processor, that can handle bigger timber? If you can be more flexible and cut larger diameter timber, this can only be a good ting?
  4. Used to drive an Iveco 7.5 tonne tipper and only got 3.5 tonne on it.
  5. How much bigger I the 360 compared to your current machine?
  6. Go for the 10. Most 7.5 tonners, especially tippers run over loaded
  7. Better get on the old dog and bone to Lithuania
  8. Snow forecast for parts of Scotland today, according to the paper.
  9. Fair machine though, not really any bother to it.
  10. Do you re-split those billets? Some look pretty chunky
  11. Taylor Attachments He'll know
  12. I second Ivecokid. Massive difference.
  13. I disagree. The beer drinker merchants of the country won't register with the BSL, and in turn won't be able to supply RHI claiming customers, but I don't see this having any effect on their business, as 99.9% for their customers will be non RHI claimants.
  14. I'd say that was reasonable.
  15. Not seen a single wasp this "summer". Mind you, it has rained every day for the last month.
  16. Cold and windy here, Scotland
  17. Get yourself a little plot up the glens somewhere, next to a little stream or burn. Whack in a little hydro generator, ideal power source. Bore hole for drinking water. Log boiler for heating and cooking.
  18. Outsiders with high expectations? And when reality doesn't meet there high expectations, they set about to change reality?
  19. Country of origin, China, apparently. 500 pieces available every month.
  20. 2000kva generator should be able to provide the power, and possibly the heat also
  21. I heard the government are now offering RHI payments for chimeneas, and various other outdoor appliances, in order to reach those targets. RHI approved meters are available from the Ofgem website.
  22. I know a man with one of those mini round balers for sale if your interested?
  23. What do you charge per hour or day?
