  1. I'm sorry, I don't understand what you are trying to say.
  2. Fair play to Justin Welby for being honest about his faith and his doubts. Makes a refreshing change to have an Archbishop of Canterbury who doesn't just spout dogmatic sound bites.
  3. Not all faith is blind though.
  4. SIP freedom C in medium are good Or SIP progress in small should fit (I'm about 36" waist) if your climbing
  5. ARBTALK knot guide.
  6. That's right.. We've had a fair bit of welding and fabrication done on the cab. The state of the cab when we got it was one of the reasons it was a bargain really. The chassis and engine were sweet and apart from a clutch kit and tyres we haven't had to fork out too much.
  7. It sits down a bit on the rear but it's not excessive. Also it's a little bit tail happy if you go round corners too quick, but again it's not problematic. The unimog chassis is VERY capable and over engineered as are the springs and running gear. We get 3 times the amount of chip that our high sided tranny carries. We wouldn't be without it. One of the many good things about mogs is that you can improve and develop them as you go rather than see them decay and depreciate like other trucks.
  8. Hi Ian. Nice colour same as ours. You'll wonder how you ever managed without it.......

    Monkey Puzzle

A few pics of one we did earlier this year. I'll never forget it.
  10. Hi Jon, went to see SPECTRE with the missus and a couple of friends. Very enjoyable film!
  11. Bit of grip fill and a blast with the airline and it'll be good as new!!
  12. Thanks for all the info guys. I'm looking forward to using it.
  13. Hi Rich, Mrs Ti got stung by a jellyfish down there couple of years ago when it was rough. Put me off a bit so I only tend to go out in a kayak. On a lighter note and getting back to the thread..... The Sugihara bars arrived today, ultimate bling! The 28" is a thing of real beauty. Will post a couple of pics tomorrow.
  14. It's come early this year (along with the bills) !! How was Spain mate?
  15. Nice work and beautiful surroundings
  16. A mixed bag really. Domestic arb. It's the biggest saw we have at the moment, it was either the 576 or a 395 I decided on the 575 as I know we will get more use out of it and we can save up for a 395 as we go. My mate has a 660 he will lend me if we're desperate. I figured I'd get 3 different bar lengths for it. 20" 25" and 28". Thanks
  17. Fair play to you Stephen. We've just put a new clutch kit and flyweel in ours so I would have definitely been wincing pulling that lot out.
  18. Welcome, Midge.
  19. Welcome to our very eclectic family!
  20. Zig zag works fine on 11mm. But as others have said it is less diameter than recommended by petzl so if anything went pear shaped your insurance would probably want to wriggle out of any settlement. I used mine on 11mm aeris with no issues but I'm back on 11.7 limelite now 'cos I don't think it's worth the risk.
  21. Great Vid Reg. Did you use a top anchor then redirect through the cambium saver to spread the load? I'm interested in what knots, hitches and redirects you used on that particular system as you had great canopy access. Trying to work that tree on a doubled rope system looks like it would have taken a lot longer. Thanks Timon
  22. I didn't realise climbing on spikes can ruin your taste in music as well....
  23. Thanks guys 28" sugihara on its way and turn the oil pump on full it is then.
  24. Hi Jon Too late mate...... Already got the 576xp.
  25. Has anyone used a 576xp with a 28inch bar and is it any good? Thanks in advance
