    Just me lol , you cant have enough mowers ,every mower in that picture has a place and use . One man band and have been chomping grass 10 years straight and love it , grew up on a farm so cut grass all my life basically I have a Tractor flail and finishing mower far larger areas ie paddocks etc . STE

  8. Worst Boots were Stihl Safety Trainers at £78 lasted 6 weeks and the fronts fell apart , longest lasting boots were Aldi £11 boots but felt like my feet were in iron moulds . Tuff boots doing well at the moment . Ste
  9. Got Mugged into wearing a Tag off the Mrs this Morning ,Average day Mowing Domestic Lawns on my own ,started at 8am . That's covering the strimming etc I packed in early to do School Run .All these lawns were in one Close . [ ATTACH]203984[/ATTACH] The other hours were spent drinking Tea

  12. First time I have seen this Thread and has a educated guess I would say they are old wounds from possible poor tree work or repetitive climbing Kids on the old branch that has been removed . Someone will now come along now with another theory lol Ste

You can get a converter to run it but otherwise you will have to change motor has the wiring is totally different ie if its a older machine the wiring in motor will all be the same colour except Earth. To change motor direction you swapped any one of the 3 lives over to change direction,also when we lost a Phase the motor would run half speed . Memory serves me correct they are wired up in Star/ Delta Series . 240v Motors are fairly cheap ,checkout Machine mart. Ste

Mulching mowers are Weather dependent, they all work well in a dry spell on well Maintained lawns regardless of make but if you are asking a Mulching on a fortnightly basis lawn that's tall then most will struggle to leave a decent finish. I have tried a few and its the same script with them all , I have in past put a few clips ups on my Toro Turf master and Viking an both work well for me and has you say they do save heaps of time .   24. Everything is replaceable, the head is the same autocut. One thing folk dont realise is the electric motor is there to so no loss of power because no shaft. Ste
