  1. A lot depends on your Budget, having operated/owned many different machines over many years I would lean towards the 2-2.5T machines , vastly more stable and more capable machine that will seriously be more profitable.Yes the Takeuchis are possibly the best 1.6 ton machine out there by far but the difference with the 2t plus is amazing. Kubotas are the best choice in the 2t plus market I agree with above , my last 2 diggers are still worth what I paid 7 years ago. Ste

  22. Employees can qualify for sick pay from more than one job. They could also qualify in one job but be fit for work in another, eg if one job is physical work that they can’t do while ill but the other is office-based. B][[/b]QUOTE=kernowstu;1470619]http://www.gov.uk/employers-sick-pay/overview I cant believe that the above is correct has if You are unfit physically for one job but you can work office bound in another job, how the hell do they get into work then by Ambulance!! Getting in and out a car and walking up stairs is Physical lol . On the other hand this could work to your advantage and they should be given office duties unless they pull the Health safety card out has a "risk to others". I am glad I don't employ anyone . Ste
  23. Hi Stevetee, one thing I will say about the Viking mb4rtps is that the front wheel drive system is open to abuse, myself have been lazy at times and not taken drive out when turning, its difficult to explain or understand unless you use these mowers regularly .Has you turn at the ends and pick up the front you can get in a habit of dropping them while in drive , the design of the mower handles encourage you . My little video link might help with the drive system. My other two 21" Vikings (6 series roller and 4 wheeler) bearing well but most of my work is Domestic but the Mulch Viking is mainly used in Factory Grounds, Children's Nursery and a estate so that mower does get some rough work.
