Alder leaves are alot darker green though, look up alder on google or in an I'd book and you will see.

I was just thinking the same thing rob, I read a thread on AT earlier today and it was someone wanting a climber, they asked for people to pm them, guess what........people should read the thread and do as asked, or not bother. It doesn't make you want To give them a job if they can't follow simple instruction.

Well got today's jobs done by 2.30 and stayed dry:) me and monkeysteve had a mid size hairy twin stem Connie to bash first thing, all done and logged AND PAID by 11.30, then off to take a large bow off a cherry and grind out the stump of the elm that blocked my chipper last week, got that done and a couple of other stumps and tidy up and home. then I went up town to the bank and now I'm having a couple sat outside while it's still dry. Apparently this summer is gonna be a washout lads so make the most of a dry day:)

U should start sending Richard Branson stuff, bags of dog muck, old nappies and stuff like that, see if that helps:)

If you want to stop those irritating calls then go to tps on the net and they stop them. I just put tps in google and went on the site and registered, so hopefully no more blinking calls.

I feel for the neighbour, it's not a nice tree and it's way over the boundary, glad its not my house:) I see this problem alot, the tree owner isn't affected so they won't want to pay usually, the affected party want it sorted so they offer to pay. Even if you trim it up as you say it won't really benefit the neighbour as its a Connie and they never really look great when you start messing with them. Good luck mate.

Ha,ha, hopefully Monday mate. The belt tensioner bearings had gone as well so I'm changing them tomorrow and I've changed the anvil and blades so fingers crossed she's ready to rock!
