  1. If you get fed up of seeing it at the back of the shed I'll take it off your hands, I like trying to sort saws out whatever make.
  2. Borrow the dog's flexy lead till you find one
  3. They are on the protected red list in UK.
  4. According to Echo If a saw starts, runs and cuts what makes it rubbish. Did you have problems with the saw Gary ? Don't just slag it and leave us hanging.
  5. If there's still plenty of depth in the groove just file the edges flat and take the rough off, it's common practise to dress the bar with a flat file.
  6. We had Spring for 2 days last week and it's been raining or foggy every day since
  7. Just type electric chain sharpener in ebay search and loads come up.
  8. I burn all kinds of wood on our fire but least favourite are goat willow and poplar.
  9. Damp, cold and misty here
  10. C, sideways.
  11. Read the title, why does your dressmaker have dead wood ?
  12. Wren is building a nest in our lean to and I saw a Bumble bee and a brown butterfly today. No leaves about yet though. Put your location in your profile or you could be in South Africa for all we know

    201t

Swap you for my Chinese 25cc top handle, only cuts out on the over run and restarts easily Seriously though, try adjusting the mixture on the L screw (anticlockwise) out an eighth turn and up the tick over a bit.
  14. Are they still a protected species ?
  15. Lots on ebay, make sure you fit it the right way round as they are directional and pull fuel through the carb.

    Clean cutting

Do you let the saw do the work or are you pulling it back and forward like a hand saw as you cut ? There looks like a lot of direction changes in the cut.
  17. Top it with some riddled soil and grass seed mix, as above let farmer sort the bill.
  18. Even more so in my opinion. If it wasn't for tight gits setting them on they wouldn't have anything to tip.
  19. 036 and 044 are the same, just try it and see. Genuine E clips are thicker than aftermarket and hold better I have found.
  20. Sad to hear of your loss Eggs. We've not had dogs for a few years now since our Border Collie Jess. We had her from 2 weeks old when her mum died and spoon fed her milk and Weetabix. We were going to keep her till she was weaned but had her for 18 years and were heartbroken when she went after a couple of strokes. I don't think I could do it again.
  21. You can get a new 236 for £120 from world of power, take it back and treat yourself.
  22. I bet they were wearing Hi Viz so nobody noticed them.
  23. Taking some off a Birch in the back garden last year, note the subtle use of the ladder. It's the only picture of me climbing a tree so it's my favourite.
  24. Put it on gumtree free for collection and somebody will come and cut it up I might come myself if I had any idea where you are.
  25. Is the brake stopping it spinning or does putting it on stall the saw ? It will if it's a sticky clutch or the springs are broken
