  1. What's the narrowest kerf option to suit a 550xp. Looking for 18".... Oregon or Sugihara, or other?
  2. Knowing how good & reasonably priced Fiskars tends to be; is anyone here using the Fiskars telescopic curved pole saw?.... Fiskars Curved Saw Could this be a cheaper alternative to Silky?
  3. As far as advertising goes.... the advert is working very well. Everyone is talking about it and the word "Sugihara" is being implanted deep into your mind. When you go to bed "Sugi hara" will be there, somewhere in your mind. ...and in the morning when you make your "Yorkshire Tea" or "Nescafe" coffee you'll sit down to eat your "Ready Brek" or "Kellogs" cornflakes and after a few spoons you'll be thinking of "Sugi Hara" again. Every little Sugi Hara star helps.
  4. Aye, found it thanks. There are associated comments through the thread as well.
  5. Oh! My sorry... didn't know there was a report post feature! Looking for it now..... cheers
  6. ....whilst on another thread there are comments referring to the abuse of women, still not been deleted; Quote "I like to treat my equipment how I treat my women and slap them around a bit." Where is the moral line drawn on Arbtalk?
  7. Not arb related but pretty cool:
  8. Doobin, I was interested in the thread title "What ground saw is best these days?" ...because I'm looking at getting a ground saw. I didn't expect to be reading comments referring to the abuse of women, and I won't be going into any "why the hell" details.
  9. ha ha! should have added in the small print that the X27 doesnt cure all ills...i was working on the 'every little helps' motto.
  10. Not something I or others want to be reading. Certain comments should be removed from this thread.

  12. So true TCD. "Britain Open for Business".
  13. If you have wads then Gransfors, and if you struggle with paying the telephone, internet, electricity, gas/oil, council tax, mortgage/rent, petrol/diesel, food, water/sewage then Fiskars X27.
  14. They look like old dog turds. Best not to confuse them.
  15. If I had a load of planks to stack right now I'd join ya, but that's gonna be a while. But surely must be others interested on this here forum.....

Oh well... i'll have to use it as a hat until the other one arrives!! Seriously though.... thanks for the freebie, and good timing as it's feeling alot colder outside

  24. Looks good, and would save the hassle of cutting round pipe in half. But would it hold it's strength over time?
