" Iceland" And Tesco and every other I guess! Don't see much wrong with horse meat really, they eat grass like cows and sheep. Love offal, black pudding, haggis etc. Comes from "waste not want not" era. Think we are headin back there!

I see your point Steve, hard to accept we can be sold stuff that kills us just so they can make a profit, but I don't underestimate the " love of money". I do know a dog lover that feeds her lab organic mince everyday, she is a doctor, and can afford it! Lucky dog!

No desire to live in a totalitarian country, just pointing out the vast diffidence between values and reality. America is probably a victim of its own success, land of opportunity and freedom, have all the hurricane Katrina victims had help? We have values and we try but we fall short, way short. Judge your values on who has been let down the most, of which there are many in these civilised countries.
