I guess if I was a moped enthusiast I'd be reluctant you use oil with a picture of a chainsaw on it! Pictures eh!

    Jokes???

A dog is a man's best friend..If you don't believe it, try this experiment......Lock your dog and wife in the boot of the car for an hour..When you open the boot, see which one is happiest to see you!!

    Interesting thread.👍
  8. Good point! I occasionally stick bits of metal together with a wee arc welder, but it is a science and I have no idea if my weld will last or not, no major disasters so far👍

    Knee pads?

Yep, knee pads could be the answer, but mats won't restrict your blood flow,👍

    Knee pads?

You could maybe get one these foam mats that pensioners use for gardening etc, or maybe get a few of them?
  12. Aye, only another 125 iphone charges and it'll be Friday again!😊
  13. Never had a problem with battery consumption on iPhone until I joined Arbtalk!!
  14. Good point div, kids told me about that one! Bluetooth off as well.
  15. When ours went in I think it was 300mm hearth in front of stove.
  16. The ones I have are 35 yrs old. Not Hayes ones though.
  17. We have benefited, there is no doubt about that! You guys are the main men on arbtalk, you keep the machines running. Everyone else contributes as well in different ways, maybe cats, dogs navaras, rangers, guns, birds!! , you get my drift. Great forum, credit to Steve and mods who keep things running smoothly and in their place (including me). Think I seen a post in this thread about interests/ hobbys outside arb work getting a section, sounds good to me. No arb experience just cutting fallen trees for stove, improve it if you can but it's a pretty good place as it is👍.
  18. 100yrs later they don't look very different. Cool.

About

If you would like to contribute to making this industry more effective and safe then welcome.
Just like a living tree, it'll always be a work in progress.
Please have a look around, sign up, share and contribute the best you have.
