  1. And look now... lost his seat to a Tory.... Oh well, if he wasn't so objectionable, smug, etc, etc....
  2. Yes, thats right... expect to lose him for at least 6 weeks....
  3. Could work. Depends, as you say, if there is enough work out there... How often do you see lifts being used and how often does the hirer use the lift themselves.... I suppose its a bit like man and digger to use a comparison..... We use diggers but always with a driver included....
  4. Instead of the fs56, go for the fs55. Less bulky and just as powerful......
  5. Nice one... Honestly is always the best policy and I agree with the comment on Karma...
  6. There are some specific bank mowing machines that would do better and safer
  7. Trouble is the high street died because no one used it... The culprits for the high street demise is us......
  8. That is true, there is a lot of claims made come election time, some are acted upon and some aren't.. I think thats true of all the political parties. However UKIP have never been in power so to some degree they are an unknown quanity.. I'm also aware that they do have a lot of support especially among the older generations.. Its also intresting to note the Arbtalk snap poll which has UKIP in a strong 2nd place... so are we looking at another coalition, perhaps Con/Ukip? Roll on May 7th..!
  9. Good point... I'm not a UKIP supporter however he seemed to the only one making specific points and giving direct answers instead of the 'for the good of britain' wishy washy type statements..... It'll be very interesting come election day to see what happens...!
  10. In my experience leasing works well on trades that don't hammer the vehicle, so builders, landscapers, tree surgeons, etc where you're continually loading heavy bulky items or using veh off road are not good. You'll be billed for any damage, the smallest scratch, mark, etc. As regards the tax aspect while its correct the lease/contract hire payments are completely deductable as a working expense its also worth remebering that you can depreciate an owned vehicle on paper which also helps with your tax bill......
  11. Yes, no need to be insured as a hobby user however if flying/filming commercially/for profit then you must be insured.
  12. All the parts are available for honda/kaaz gearboxes so no need to spend 300 quid a go. The gearbox runs close to the ground so is open to dirt/grass, etc. The mower will need annual maintenance including the gearbox.... The main issues with all mowers are lack of maintenance especially given the daily use they get.....
  13. Are you flying this fpv or is the footage from a mounted camera?
  14. 5 quid from tescos and still my favourite pair.... problem is by the time i've dropped, sat on or lost them 5 quid is where its at... Don't get aviators unless you're a pilot or an F1 driver.......
  15. Ebay is a good place to start... have a look at some in the flesh and go from there.... Its a popular truck so expect to pay for a good one.....!
  16. Google the numbers and make off the pump itself.... See what you come up with...
  17. We use only coopers which i think are the same as hardi.... Proper professional kit.. Not cheap but as the old saying goes.........
  18. Thats a good point... I didn't even know this could be done. We had a bent crank on a Honda, pulled the old crank out fitted a new one. Easy job and i'd imagine probably wasn't much more expensive than the cost of having it straightened......
  19. Yep... Can't beat the stihl.....
  20. Warners

    6 Nations.

    Well said...... Great last match.....
