I thought i was alone in thinking that he was a terrorist. I wont speak ill of the dead and as was said earlier he changed to political means of defeating aparteid but would he have been imprisoned for 30 years if he hadnt of been involved the way he was and may have brought about change earlier?but we can never know of course. anyone else use boxing linament to ease the aches

My hamstring in my right leg has been giving me a lot of grief lately and i googled boxing linament and for deeper muscle aches it has no affect other than the warm feeling which has a bit of a placebo effect. The test is based on the saw being at 45 degrees to the leg and the bar is flat. If the direction of cut is more inline with the leg and lets say the tip of the bar only hits the fabric it will almost certainly go straight through regardless of chain speed ratings on the trousers. Having confidence in the kit. You will soon realise it works and you gain confidence but do not be complacent and sloppy. You are probably using muscles you wouldnt in normal life too.
