    Work

Meant to add that it is in the Somerset/Dorset area.
  5. Wow that is keen. On a wet day all I want to do is get chipper locked away and off home or pub. Fair play to you though.
  6. Time has come for a new harness. I have always used the willans but feel maybe time for a change. Don't get me wrong, I love the willans and have been with them now for 20 yrs and find them real comfy, but just think its time for a change. Like the idea of a floating bridge. I have tried the treemotion and although it was comfy I found there was far too much going on, seeing as I do not carry much kit with me. I tried the sequoia but found it quite restricting with the leg loops rather than the seat. I must say at this point that I do not use the seat to sit in as such (no time for that) just to sort of rest in if you like. Are all leg loop harness' like this or is it something you get used to? Adam Bourne reviewed an Edelrid harness a year or so ago which I liked the look of... Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
  7. Whats a 'peavey' agri, or am I missing the obvious?

    Work

Looking for 1 or 2 people to help with utility contract for next 3 months with further work a possibility. All usual tickets required. Please pm me or call/text if you prefer 07599 509760. Cheers, Marc
  9. Try Westcon in Sturminster Marshall, Dorset, they are uk dealers for Gravely. Sorry I have not their number but just google them. If you have any probs getting their contact details, pm me and I will sort for you. Good luck
  10. I would need the afternoon to digest that lot!!! Does sound good though.
  11. Near where we are currently working they have recently had hedge laying comp. Looked really realy nice a lot of the work. One growing season later, you can not tell the difference from those hedges and the flailed ones next to them as you drive by. I still like the layed ones mind.
  12. Cats, cats, cats, I bloody hate em, for all the reasons mentioned. Woman over road has god knows how many and I'm sure if there were a lot lot less then my hatred to them may be lessened.
  13. He said it was a big tree, the tip landed in Alwinton.
  14. I bought mine at the end of the contract for what I thought was a very fair deal.
  15. Crime or rather burglary goes right up round here around steam fair time. Probably local low lifes doing a lot of it knowing it will get blamed on the fair.
  16. Its on same side of lake as grotto but then toward the house if that makes sense. Its a multi stemmed monster, probably 20 stems all big trees themselves
  17. Me and Silky viewed a huge Leyland cypress at Stour Head. Have you still got any of the pictures on your phone Paul? This is an absolute mammoth, even without the newkie brown ale!!
  18. Or a spider (with a bit of imagination).
  19. Done contract hire in the past and can work really well with certain business models especially if cash flow is an issue. Works well with vat reg business'. My advice would be not to get more than u need and keep add ons to a minimum to keep your repayments as low as possible. Can't help with company to deal with.
  20. You'll be expecting a flyby with every job now!!!!
  21. I saw some of your work there Mark and thought it was very good indeed. The beech table top was something special. Cheers for the Alaskan demo mate.
