    Tree ident

Hi, Can anyone identify these two trees? Cheers
  4. I bought two old derelict estate cottages and knocked them into one house I’ve been doin my project the last two years and almost there [emoji51] I’ve found the most expensive/time consuming things are things you expect from a normal house. We had to put a new roof on, re-wire, central heating. Get your “bones” done right and then one room at a time. If you need heating consider rhi options. Good luck!
  5. Ok, thanks a lot. Really appreciate that. Music to my wife’s ears, she wants to get cracking with it. Waiting for the wood to dry would take some time! Cheers
  6. Hi everyone, I cleared up a wind blown ash last week and saved these three logs from the customers firewood pile. I was thinking of getting them milled into 50mm slabs for my kitchen work surfaces but not sure if they’ll move too much? I’ve read 1/4 milling could help? Cheers
  7. We found a crispy dead cat stuck in a fork of a conifer hedge. Customer asked us to get it out, I laughed and walked off but I think she was being serious!

Any body know where you can buy these in Dorset? Cheers
  11. I've looked at both of these. The forestry site has a diagram. There are no large dead sections. Is this how it starts? There is no sign of aphids. It started about a month after that really got spell in June, I e mulched the roof plate and put down slow release fertiliser but it's still declining. There
