  1. I had a Husky 350 for firewood did the job for 5 years no breakdowns, seen them on the bay for 100 - 200

Iget 32mpg from my Renault Master 2.5dc1 120 (160k on the clock) stays pretty much the same no matter how its driven.... wifes EVO Shogun gets 20mpg with her driving 14mpg with me !!! my auld 3.5 petrol Trooper gets around 15-18 seriously need tae get another patrol so diesel can be bought with the company card.. new trafic gets 33mpg still only 4000 on the clock though..

  15. IMH the 2.8 turbo engine was far superior to the new Dci's , we had one that averaged 38mpg...

I have 4 Renault Master 120dci's, only thing I would say to do is, waxoyl the front sills if they are anything like Renaults they suffer from metal worm just behind where the front mudflaps are , change the oil and filter at half what the manufacturer recommends and the timing belt every 3 years or 50,000 miles... we average between 27 and 31 mpg. Never had to change a gearbox or clutch yet under 200,000, they do go through brake pads and discs.... usually need discs every 2nd set of pads.... front tyres last about 15,000 on Michelin Agilis, rears would be about 80,000... for winter we fit Michelin Alpines front and rear never been stuck yet and excellent driving on ice.

  18. get a good bow wave nice and steady and away you go till its too deep then you float away !!!
  19. Nissan Patrols are god too, had a chipped 3.0 auto one 7 years ago , did around 25-30 depending on my driving.... thats the prob with chipping them they just wanna go.... its still running about the town....
