1. Cor look at the size of THAT one......
2. That's normally where when you go over the crest of the wave you look done. Here the helmsman shout hold on. And all you see the seabed on the other side. Shortly followed by the lunch the man next to.... I thank The Lord for the sir sprung seats and the self righting capability of the lifeboat.

With the storms coming in thick and fast I really can't push to people how important it is that they ensure there family and friends know when to keep a safe distance from the waters edge. A tide will turn on you very fast. The waves and break waters may look good when they wash in and great big white horses, but remember that water that has just washed up the wall and piers also has to go back again. And it will take anything that it can get hold of. The chances of getting back to shore again and slim to none. Yet alone getting seen. A person in a life jacket is one of the hardest things to see in calm waters let alone rough seas. All you see from the bridge of a boat is the head and shoulders. Two lives have been lost already due to people getting too close to the waters edge. A waste of lives, but also remember you are not just putting your loves in danger but also the 6-7 lives of the crews of the lifeboats at risk to come and search for you. Please use common sense and if it look too rough, then stay away. Keep safe people.
4. Yes I'm on call. Always am. Not sure I would want to go surfing tho. Maybe pull a few surfers out the water. Seriously people need to know when not to go near the water.
5. Glad to see some people are using common sense. Two lives have been lost already because they got too close. And that's not rough.... Lifeboatmen call that "a bit lumpy"
6. They tell you in the next vid how the mix is made.
7. Oh and I will need to order a new carb kit to restock the shelf now. Small nipple please. Can't get on with large nipples, they are just a waste. Lmao
8. Black. Medium teeth. The medium are the best for cutting roped the fastest. The large teeth just snag and the small take too long. Plus I can use it for camping. It's not a working saw for me as I don't really do much tree cutting any more. And if I do it's with a machine.
9. You will find a way bud. Love always does. On a plus note my silky arrived today. Has your got two setting for the blade? Mine can be straight or bent forward so hand is out the way when cutting flat. Oh and a free key ring.... This one is going in my lifeboat kit. Want to see how it handles being out on the water.
10. That's the ones. They where not on the one that was in there. Also not one in the kit in had so had to use one off another kit.
11. Yes. They have loads of grunt. Been working on one with a chain brake. A real pig to get the bar and chain off as you have to remove the entire front wrap around handle and chain cover in one go. Old tollinson carb, so easy to work with. And parts are there if you look for them.
12. It's fixed. The carb kit had the big nipple. I replaced this but it just wasn't right. So looked at to the other side of the carb. The one in the bottom was wrong. It has the two holes in it with flaps, but the flaps where missing, so replaced with a flapped one. Saw is running like stink. It has a sugi hara bar on it. Not sure I like those. The clutch did get hot again, in fact I spat on the clutch and it sizzled. So used another Oregon bar and it was fine. Not sure if it's the bar at fault or the chain. But it got very hot. So it looks like the carb kit was wrong. But I'm not saying it's Barrie's fault. Somewhere between Barrie, dan and me some parts in the kits where used that weren't meant to. I just used what was there in the kit. So I reckon it's dans fault for using the wrong bits.
13.:lol: Will check it out and let you know. It does have a big nipple. I did reset the arm twice, once with the tool but it did look a bit low as it sat in the hole a bit and when pressed with finger it didn't open the valve, so tweaked it up a bit and it was opening. Will open it a little bit more and then pop test the carb to see when it starts working properly.
14. Thank GK. Will look into it. The kit is the one you sent. So I hope it's the right one..... Will double check it.
15. The other half says that me. Just need the holiday to be sure.
16.
Did you sort trailer and chipper out?

17. That's the job. Just been looking on the website. What crane did you go for, the ones I was looking at don't say anything about a power pack, only the quad ones, and they are trailer with it.
18. This is the saw overheated on the clutch. It then had an equation of, small child + flat head screwdriver + open exhaust port = damaged piston.
19. Well yes I did, but I've got a disco 1 200tdi, so not sure I can fit it. But it's more as a trailer that is self sufficient that can be used to pick up timber and cart it away.
20. The arm doesn't generally need replacing, just bending back in place. But if you order a new meter valve kits they come with it.
21. A "special" part means nothing nowadays. There is always another company that will make the same sizes and joins. Just a case of matching them up. So long as the pipe is of the same size inside and out and of a same pressure rating (yes I know it sounds silly as it's for grease, but there can be some pressure in the pipe when pumping in) You should be able to get the right pipe and fittings from any agri dealer or a motor factors. They should be able to match it up for you. I would try agri dealers first. You will more than likely have more success.
22. No. Pipes are all good, so is impulse. No splits or kinks. Pipes are all clear, and meter arm is all good. One question I do have is with the walbro and zama tools. It's a walbro carb, but the numbers on it don't match the tool. It's something like wze but the tools doesn't have that number.... It's the right carb. Just can't find the right side of the tool for it. Oh and thanks for clearing up why the hose doesn't have any fuel pressure in it. Like I said first outing with an aspen run saw. So I'm learning.
23.:lol: That's is really cool. I like it. It can gets. Shift on aswell. Bit noisy tho. Sounds more like a nitro plane on steroids. Give it to spud and let him go all dark night on its ass....
24. Should be easy. Undo at either end.
