  1. Oh on my screen it just gives how long ago the post was made so for yours it says 4 minutes ago, rather than a time.
  2. Thats what I see and the last visit time at the top.
  3. I thought it got caught up on the tree behind. Until the camera went upwards. Funny there was no video after with the services doing the work only pics.
  4. Trade directory still playing around. Still saying invalid link or something or other.
  5. Get the green operative card and if asked show the, the nptc Certs. They will back up what you are doing on site. The green card is only really for access onto a building site, what you do after that is all down to what tickets you have. I have worked on sites before when they will allow a green card on and as long as he had a cert to back up that he has been trained on the telehandler he was allowed to drive it. The test is simple enough to do but I did find a few curve balls that were thrown in for fun. The books are ok but cost a bit to buy, if you can borrow one its even better.
  6. Ok, all good thoughts and worth trying. I haven had it stripped right down yet. Was going on the usual carb and valves before getting into it any deeper. It's been on the bench a while now as its the bosses and we have another. It's just there when I have a few minutes spare or I do it when I get hacked off with another tool that won't work so I can have a five minute breather before going back to other tool.
  7. Us they are. Checked checked and re checked. They are not sticking either. Will just have to keep checking and trying whatever I can think of. It's annoying as it will run perfectly one minute and not the next. Did notice a lot of fuel coming back out the carb with the air filter off.

    New Chainsaw

Ms260 is a bit bomb proof IMO. I have been using one behind a chipper for a few years now and can't really fault it. It did need fixing by me a while back but it was new spark plug and wouldn't run due to my mistake on putting the carb back and not connecting the impulse line
  9. Ugh ugh agh. Sorry choking over its only a saw. It's not just a saw damn it. It's a monster that must be fed watered and well looked after. Still think your a wood short of a few trees.
  10. Been thinking your not all there for a while now. A very brave man lending out a saw like that for fire wood.
  11. Congrats. How do you know it's another arb?? It could do better at school than us lot.
  12. A ht 131 four mix pole saw on bench. Had it a while on there. Just can't get it to run right. One minute it's fine. Then stop it and start again and it won't tickover or rev high. Will just about run on full throttle. Checked everything I can think of. The engine is sound, getting good spark, getting fuel. So carb stripped and cleaned nothing jumped out at me. Oh we'll just keep going. Anyone ever notice the ht131 has an accelerator pump in the carb???
  13. I need to the timber ok....... only joking.
  14. Wow. I'm actually speechless........
  15. Removal and replant something a little bit further away from the house. IMO.
  16. Yeah that's it browser history. Keep telling myself its a virus. Works well with the missis.
  17. I always amaze myself that the little jobs that take minutes to do like that always never get done until one day you get that fed up with it it finally gets done. Nice job by the way. Don't forget the number to the patent office. Lol
  18. Why does my mind always see rolling eyes when I see a thread start with "not a stihl v husky thread" STIHL RULE. there i said it.
  19. So looking at them it would be a case of get what you pay for?
  20. Put the quote to them and if they don't accept it then some other muppet will do it and probably not close the road and relise they have not charged enough when half the tree ends up on the road with a nice damage bill and fine from highways. Purely presuming that someone else who would be a lot cheaper would be like this that's is.
  21. I wounder if his tickets would come under scrutiny.......
  22. Brown paper bag and knock on door and run works well. Could always film it and put it up.
  23. Fair play. There are bins for things like that.
