  1. Urm. Cs30/31, were looking at getting 3 people on it. Then it will be cs38/39 later on. But not sure on the numbers for that one.
  2. Depends if your using the spill control spouts like your suppose to? How much is the price difference compared to 201t? As for the husky, I'm waiting for a while to see reviews before. There last one didn't get very good reviews from what I've read.
  3. Oh ok. Will look into them. I did get the tractor operators ones from college but that agriculture. Not sure they cover forestry.
  4. What's FMOC excuse my ignorance by the way.
  5. Looking for an assessor in the kent area. Need or book some basic tickets.
  6. Got to say I do agree. But it's not just stihl. I'm afraid husky are the same. There last attempt at a top handle was a disaster. And it's the same with any new product a long lasting company have made. It's the old saying. They don't make them like they used to.... How very true this statement is now.
  7. Exactly how the other half feels. Hence why I'm looking further afield. Don't mind paying for them but there's no way I'm paying the prices they want over here for them.
  8. £1.50 for one bar......... That is a rip off. eBay 46 bars for 20 odd quid.
  9. Oh and the other product is Hershey bars. Can't find them for love nor money hear. Our friends are heading home soon. So wont be able to get any.
  10. Hey are in bags. Sorry it's actually m and ms in bags but with peanut butter in them rather than just a nut.. I don't like peanut butter but these are nice. M&M’S® About M&MS®: Products: Peanut Butter
  11. It's the half asleep type dreaming that really gets the sweat going. Like just falling asleep and you trip then jump up in bed. I hate that one.
  12. We have just received a gift in the post from a friend in America. They have sent three bags of peanut butter m and m. They are the 2 lb bags. We have tried to buy them over hear and they cost nearly two quid a bag, but its a small bag, about 1/2 lb in your weight. How much are the bags we have got. The other half is hooked on them. And I can see these bags running out pretty quick. Anyway just a really off topic question. We have asked the person who sent them but they won't say and all we have is the postage receipt on the box.
  13. Hahaha good posts. Not about working really but I have had a dream where I grabbed the bar while someone was cutting timber. Grabbed it with my bear hands aswell. Now I think about it every time I'm ringing up.
  14. Gardenkit is your man. Could you list anything you have tried? Fuel filter, air filet, etc
  15. The ms250 went back to customer tonight. He didn't see the point in changing the bar as he doesn't use it enough......... Advice over oils and chain sharpening given, aswell as cleaning the saw now and again. So all good and happy. On to the next.
  16. Where abouts in the country are you. It always helps to know so people can see if you are close to them or not. Add it to your profile. Doesn't have to be an address just a general idea to county or the like.
  17. Ok what you are about to read may seem rude or critical but please read with a pinch of salt. Stick to the office job as long as ou can. Contact arb company around you and offer free work. Or just ask to watch and see what happens. Offer that you will pick up a rake at the end of the day and help clean up. Your rock climbing experience will not help you at all. It's a completely different ball game. Indoors is fine, but going up a tree in wind is something else. I found that the hard way as I used to climb walls and just started tree climbing. Your post sounded energetic. You seem to have drive, how long does this drive last. It's a marathon not sprint. Hold back on starting out a business until you know more or have experience. No climber will like you criticising there work if you can't do it yourself. The old saying don't expect others to do what you can't, or something along those lines. You are trying to enter a swamped market. Competition will be very high. A tipper and chipper are vital. As are tip sites. You need to contact companies to find out more and start doing some work to get an idea of how things work. What is your office job doing? Welcome by the way.
  18. Ant chance of pm me some contact info for them please.
  19. Looking for somewhere to get a set of green mech blades sharpened. Prefer the kent area. Any help?
  20. This did cross my mind but as the rolling eyes state. Doing that mod will make a top handle dangerous IMO. Seeing as it would need revving up to choke. But then that is obvious so I will stop thinking out loud now. Did think about putting a push stop switch on the opposite side of the handle...
  21. I will let you tell him that one. The saw will stay as it is for now. It was more curiosity than anything. Just so I could take the mick and say he has a disabled persons saw. It's was my mind playing the engineer again by looking at how something could be modded to work for the user. But on this one it will stay as it is. And any mods will remain theoretical.
  22. About a month and a bit. Will just tell him to man up and get on with it. He will probably be along in a min as he has finally joined the site last night, I'm sure he will post a few pics about what I do aswell.
  23. Yeah that was my first thought. It's the bosses and only he uses it. I couldn't see a way to do it. Looked into the husky top handles and they have the switch sort of burried into the handle out the way. Will have to look into getting one of those instead. Means moving over to the dark side. Just makes me a bit nervous when he's dropping lumps out and the saw stops halfway through. Especially when lowering on the ropes.
  24. Just wondered if anyone can help me. I'm stuck a bit and wondering if this is possible... The boss cut half his index finger off on his right hand. This isn't a big problem as he can climb and work expet using the 200t. What's left of the finger is running along the top handle and when he tilts the saw back it hits the control switch and hocks it to the off position, big problem when de limbing as he has been halfway through a cut. I was looking at the switch today and trying to rack ideas round my head but no lightbulb has been lit yet. So to the engineers and techies could it be done so the switch couldn't be knocked off by the stump but still be easier to use. The other option is the new husky top handle but I can't find any pics of it that give a close look at the switch. Just thought I would throw it out there and see if I can rack anyone else's brain.
  25. You can chuck em my way if you want. Flog th farm boss if you have no need for it. Not sure on the other. Maybe an antique collector will take it
