What's wrong with an 020 t carb?? Could look into the carb fix but IMO its not really worth the hassle. Spud may disagree. with me but the 020t carb is more reliable than the original 200t carb. I have looked into that site from eBay before but never used them. Didn't really think sending it off only to be told its junked as they have cleaned it and it hasn't sorted the problem. You need to pressure and vac test the saw to be sure the rest of the saw is good. This test will tell you if its worth looking into the carb or not. The pressure test without the carb on will give indication to crank seals, bearings, and gasket joints are ok.

I'm afraid I can't advise on the carb being sent away as I've never sent one off. I normally test them or clean them out myself. Or I try a known working carb and that eliminates the carb for me. Sorry if its shear ignorance on my part but what saw is it?

Get a decent carb first. If the carb is scrap then the saw wont run properly until its a nice carb set up right.

Ok when you push manage attachments touch and hold it until options come up to open in another tab or window. Once you have upload the picture go back to arbtalk tab and preview the post to see if the picture is on there.

Classes used to be true in Victorian times and times of the workhouses. The more shaves you had meant you were if higher class. Today however I see class as how much power you have rather than wealth. Money doesn't talk as loudly anymore to people.

The manage attachments button should open another page. Look at the top when you click on it. Then choose existing, upload it then close this window. Look to see if another tab is up at the top.
