West Dean College in West Sussex has a big wood chip boiler that heats water for the big flint building and some of the nearby estate cottages so yep , it can be done .

I think electronic parts will be cheap as chips ( pardon the pun ) if and when you need them . Look at all the other electronic stuff nowadays calculators etc ......

One of my spaniels completely ring barked ( about 8" from top to bottom ) a pear tree that I had in my garden . It was grafted on to cherry root stock . Continued for many years making huge amounts of pears whilst producing cherry shoots below the wound .

Rich !! they would have lasted a bit longer with a bit of TLC now and again ! I use Leader Griss on my boots . and Leader Griss Extreme on me work boots . Look it up bud , good stuff .
