  2. The school at West Dean ( West Sussex ) has recently had a pavilion built and that has shingles so a local supplier I would think .....

  8. West Dean College in West Sussex has a big wood chip boiler that heats water for the big flint building and some of the nearby estate cottages so yep , it can be done .
  9. I think electronic parts will be cheap as chips ( pardon the pun ) if and when you need them . Look at all the other electronic stuff nowadays calculators etc ......

  14. Someone bought what looked like a 1-73 on here a couple of weeks back . posted a picture asking what we all thought it was ....
  15. One of my spaniels completely ring barked ( about 8" from top to bottom ) a pear tree that I had in my garden . It was grafted on to cherry root stock . Continued for many years making huge amounts of pears whilst producing cherry shoots below the wound .
  16. Rich !! they would have lasted a bit longer with a bit of TLC now and again ! I use Leader Griss on my boots . and Leader Griss Extreme on me work boots . Look it up bud , good stuff .
  17. I run an 8 pin on mine .325 pitch and you don't need an extra driver .

  19. 2 smaller ones making about the same today . Yesterday 4x pop and 2x larch but no where near as much chip ! ...
  20. I had a California spec one ( 45cc ) and due to the strict emissions control in that state it could not pull the skin of a cold rice pudding .....
  21. Did not light mine yesterday . Back tonight though . One of those days when its warmer out than in ...
