  2. If you do get i started dont rev it with the bar and chain off . If the clutch spins off it will be up the road sharpish !

I haven't...![/quote] Nope . Did leave my 372 on its side in the rain once and as Spud says the needle rollers stuck to the shaft and when you pulled it over the chain spun . Easily and quickly sorted though .
  8. He has used it for a day , on Aspen , then he cleaned it with water ( inside the clutch cover ) and now he cant pull it over ..........It has to be the water ingress as Spud says .

  11. Nope . Use the Sugihara ones from Rod D . No cut protection . A little bit of AV in the palms .
  12. I use the " girlie " butten coz Im old and when I didn't it bent the dowels on the starter mech .
  13. I am missing something probably but how is the fuel filter ( on a brand new saw ) going to make it hard to pull over ?

  16. Check the 2 metal dowels that engage in the starter pull aren't bent yet ( they will eventually )

  20. Nice bit of kit . Accurate fell right on the camera at the end !
  21. X27 and cheap fiber glass handled maul . Don't use either as I have a cone splitter and a hydraulic splitter coz Im old !
