  5. T540 , spud 346 , 560 , spud 372 , spud 390 , 395 and just sold the 3120 .
  6. And as you say . We have not left the EU yet ......It will be so much better when we do .......

    Jokes???

Don't knock it till you've tried it ........
  9. It wont be a 372 that is asking a bit much . You wont get the torque from 50cc that you get with 70cc . All I can tell you is my Spud ported 346 pulls a 15" full chisel driven by an 8 pin powermate rim . The difference between mine and standard is very noticeable . My mate picked up mine and I his standard one once when coppicing some Hazel and I thought there was something wrong with the saw until I realized what had happened . So a ported one would pull an 18" bar but the balance might be a tad of .
  10. I have run saws with no gasket . Did not seem to make any difference . As said ignition / timing of spark ........
  11. Your heart rate will rise from any sort of exercise be it aerobic or otherwise . It is good to exercise your heart . The recovery time to resting heart beat becomes shorter the more you exercise and become fitter . Rolling your shoulders is fine too if you want .
  12. Crows take the wall nuts near me .
  13. I honestly think there is a working top and bottom limit and does not make a huge difference if you are somewhere in that range . obviously it wont cut at all if the rakers are as tall or taller than the front edge of the cutter but slightly high rakers will be a smoother cut and slightly low rakers will be a rougher feel to the cut .
  14. I think its Sycamore keys that's not good for horses .
  15. Full chisel is my weapon of choice although any chain properly sharpened will do the job . Try Rob D on here ( chainsawbars ) . He sells all things to do with the business end of the saw .
  16. Have a look at some top end electric guitars . They have maple tops , some are quilted , some are ripple , some are birds eye some are tiger stripped some are flamed etc etc .....
  17. Nooooo ! Not wellies . THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE THINGS ON THE PLANET . Leather chainsaw boots of your choice , the thing is look after them . Clean the crap of them , dry them slowly and feed them with Leder Gris or Nike Wax or similar .
  18. I thought about making a Lego universe but did not have enough bricks at the time ...
  19. Ok . That's a relief . Back in 2001 I turned up some bushes from a bar of PTFE to fit inside my steering damper on my race bike . The action was like night and day compared to the original nylon ones . Don't know why I posted that really .....
  20. I had one once . I think they were the highest reeving saw in their day . Might still be !
