  1. Multiply the bar length by 3 . this will give you an approx of the cc required . Just a rule of thumb but pretty good .
  2. If it starts and keeps running ( the engine I mean ) then compression is enviously ok . If it stops running when it gets hot then its not . ( clearances open up as it expands to the point were it wont support combustion ) If the chain stopps running when you load it in the cut then iy could be the clutch slipping or the chian has not been sharpened properly .
  3. The Stihl bars wont be any good on another make . Have you checked compression ? You need 60cc really .
  4. So . Light your kiln with wet wood, to dry some other wood to sell . Sell dry wood to Mrs Miggins and tip it on her drive in the pissing rain . Yea . Makes sense .
  5. This sounds more like it rather than the " wrong kind " of addblue .
  6. And then , legally , it can't be called Addblue .
  7. Addblue is all the same . There are different brands but the mix of deionized water and urea will be the same .
  8. Correcting . Its not distilled its de ionized water . I did say approx on the percentages.
  9. Normal practice is to start at the top and work your way down in sections if it cant be felled in a oner ..
  10. If it weren't for the constant winds it would be even wetter .
  11. Give or take it is approx 70% de ionized water and 30% urea .
  12. 2021 I expect Eggs mate . Forward planning and that .?
  13. Obviously Paul he has a bigger Toddger ?
  14. Did the old man drop much litter then Eggs ?
  15. You need an exquisite Filipino virgin ( weighing in at about 6 stone ) to walk bear foot on your back every evening prior to retiring . In all honesty I am not qualified to give you a sensible opinion save to say I have a worn out metal shoulder on the left side and and 1 snapped tendon and 1ruptured on the right side a metal rod up my right leg and a right metal knee . Once upon a time I used to be a pretty good squash player , a 9 in rugby and brown belt at BJA . Now I am a raspberry and the only sleep I get is because I have a memory foam mattress . Don't know if this would help but ......
  16. Ok . I am interested in the Berkley Whiplash . Can only find 300m spools ( from angling direct ) . Need 500m of 50lb to fill my Penn Senator 9/0 and a bit less of 30lb to fill my 6/0 . . I have treated myself to 3 new rods . All Ugly Stik Elite rods . 1 x light spinning rod and 1x 30lb class rod and 1x 50lb class rod . No rollers to be seen , all stainless eyes . They look very thin and light compared to my " old school " roller rods ! Any help appreciated .
  17. Fair play . Each to his own . I have never had to replace an Oregon plate type .
  18. Shit file guide anyway . When the rollers ware down it drops the file too low . Use an Oregon plate type .
