  1. I drove over a nest in the ground on a zero turn mower once . They got in my hat ( orange husky one ) and stung my swede . I threw the hat away and they all swarmed after it . Went back the next day and cautiously retrieved it .
  2. Same as mine but without " fill measuring cap " 🙂
  3. Old wound , hit by a car in the past perhaps ?
  4. Stubby

    Big birch

    He is a fattie ! 👍
  5. It all sounds very complex . I have a 2T bottle marked off in wide graduations . One graduation is for 5lters of fuel . 5 liter combi can , pour in one graduation , top up with petrol/aspen4 or whatever shake and jobs a goodun .
  6. As always its a very emotional and difficult time . You know you are "doing the right thing " but its frigging hard . I have got through 8 spaniels in my life time and it never gets any easier . I feel your anguish bud .
  7. Its the " go to " wood . your forever going to get some more . 😁
  8. You can but the results will very much depend on how long and how much the pump fuel has degraded the rubber components . If you have not had them long it should be ok ( might need a slight carb adjustment ) . Petrol attacks the rubber removing the coating that is on it to keep it supple . Alkylate fuels don't do this . So if you run a machiene on Alkylate fuel from the get go no probs . If you run one on Alkylate that has been run on petrol for some time it can show up problems with the rubber becoming brittle and cracking . This is what the petrol has done not the Alkylate fuel .
  9. Good question doobs !
  10. My mate ( who is a tree surgeon ) and owns several properties as student lets goes bonkers when he finds the students just open a window when its too hot in doors but leave the heating on ! I am getting a reading of 37.2 average mpg on my truck and have done for months . Cant get it any higher , that's the best it gets . I filled my truck about a week before the " don't panic " panic happened so did not need to Q or go looking for diesel . I would normally fill it when there is about 50 miles left in the tank . Today it was down to 60 odd miles and low and behold my local has some diesel which they have not had since the panic . Went in , filled up , back to 560 miles to go . Done nothing different than pre panic .
  11. Not in a C A unless there is a blanket TPO . just inform them of works .
  12. Plenty of space to drop it in a oner . As said Fire wood .
  13. Or a load handeler . just wind it off .
  14. Pissed down with a vengance during the night . Stopped now thouigh .
  15. If I told you I would have to kill you 😁 Do keep up 007 ....
  16. Oh Ok bud . I had one of those 4 wheel steer ones , same faded orange as yours . Bloody good tools .
  17. Just caught a glimpse of the bonnet of an old Husqvarna ride on . Is it one of the old 4 wheel steer ones ? I had one of those . I thought they were brilliant , ahead of their time and fast as fcuk !
  18. Chain with cutters on . Guide bar is what the chain runs in . Blade is on my knife . Stihl chains have drive links that are . 063 " wide other manufactures use chains that are .058" wide ( on that size saw ) . If you have a Stihl chain in the narrower size guide bar it will pinch . Conversely if you have an .058" wide chain in a Stihl bar it will rock . Check you have all the comparable drive train as others have said .
