She is on a course of steroids and is still here over a year later but it is coming to an end soon ... i feel your pain

  13. I put my back out couple of winters ago righting an old horse that had got stuck in the snow . Had to crawl out of the field , never had any back trouble before this . I'm convinced a heated mattress combined with plenty of horseriding is the answer . If i start to feel a slight niggle i step up the horseriding and its gone , it really is fantastic for strengthening the core
  14. Oh dear ... We better not go there

  16. Sat on a work bench on top of kitchen roll every day and the next morning the kitchen roll would be soaked in oil , exactly as Tom10 says . Havent thought about it for a while now until this post . Was a 12" bar btw

  18. Did any of you see Ed Stafford walk the ENTIRE LENGTH of the Amazon ?? This was one of the most epic voyages i have ever seen or read about and i have read ALOT of adventure / exploration stuff . It was so dangerous at times the local guides refused to go any further . The guy is a legend or at least he should be . Not a place for the faint hearted .. perfect for plucky arb types
